BIG BROTHER REVIEW BY LINDA CORBY

It has been one of those days today; you know the ones when you get nothing you planned to do done.
As I write this I am also watching Doctor Who on TV. I love Science fiction, how about you? I have been watching Doctor Who from a child; saw the very first episode in black and white. I have also watched Star Trex from the start, and always feel really sad when episodes come to an end. In fact everything Gene Roddenberry has done has been really great with a moralistic streak, and I’ve watched the lot to date. Wouldn’t it be nice if today’s youth, and quite a few others had more morals/ethics. It is such a shame that we live in such a greedy grabbing world, when financial gain means and has more rewards than being a loving caring person.
I do not watch ‘things like ‘Big Brother’ anymore, it started out half reasonable, now it is just rewarding the dregs of society, who are encouraged to behave in an immoral manner. The programme makers have deliberately sought out sluts/slappers to get the viewing numbers up, and it is just a load of excrement now literally. If you watch it, ask yourself, when is the last time you saw a deserving or really talented person on it? When you phone up and vote you are paying money to encourage bad behaviour, and if you all stop that what THEY are doing WOULD BE stopped you could give money to much more deserving causes, or those who actually deserve or need help. It disgusts me that people can become famous just for being arseholes. Well that’s one ‘bee out of my bonnet.’ Would I go on ‘Big Brother’ I hear you ask. The answer is YES, because as an author it would be great exposure for my autobiography, but you wouldn’t get me to behave in a disgusting way. Although I am very outspoken and quite capable of speaking my mind, I don’t suffer idiots gladly either!
